Every step – from defining the real problem to designing, building, and evolving your solution – is customized to your organization, your people, and the way you actually work. Problem Framing Discussion

The first step in our process is a 30-minute Problem Framing Discussion through which we will:

Determine the actual problem you're trying to solve and not just focus on the symtoms

Determine if the problem is worth solving

Determine whether Workspaces is the right solutions for you

Schedule a Universe Mapping Workshop

Universe Mapping Workshop

Once we agree on the scope of the problem we’re going to solve, we’ll hold a workshop to:

Identify the center of your universe - what you care about most

E

Identify the data sources you access and map them to your universe.

E

Map out each step of your process within the context of your universe

E

Refine your Universe map through 1 or more follow-up discussions

E

Generate wire frames of your workspace designed specifically for your universe

Runway Clearing

Once we cooperatively finalize your Universe Map and Workspace design, we work together to clear the runway in order to:

Ensure all environmental pieces are in place

E

All require accounts and access are configured

E

All integration components are in place and tested

E

We're confident that we can work without interruption that would impact timeline or budget

12 Week Development Cycle

When we begin our 12-week development cycle, we show progress early and often and keep you involved by:

Breaking projects into Epics that can be completed in 1 or 2 Sprints

E

Running 2-week Sprints that include hands-on working sessions and demonstrations to stakeholders

Giving you the ability to promote to production after each Epic is completed

E

Continuously soliciting your feedback to ensure the system is built for your needs

E

Staying focused on activity that will make your work life better

Post Go-Live Support

You can’t be sure your solution works in every case until you’re actually using it, so we account for that in our process. Once you go-live with your workspace, we:

Provide a "Storm Period" support where you can contact your lead engineer directly and they will prioritize your requests

E

Offer 3 months of chat access to our engineers through your project channel so you can request updates and changes

E

Engineers will make updates during the week as they can

E

Work that requires scheduling will be added to the next Sprint

E

Meet quarterly to review and update your Universe Map and make plans to tackle your next problem
