Product Owner
Jereb has been helping organizations find novel solutions to common business problems for more than 25 years. He developed the Universe Mapping tools through a desire to help non-technical people visualize their requirements for a custom application that makes their work life better. Jereb is our Product Owner meaning he’s ultimately accountable for the quality and completeness of the solutions we deliver.
Eliot Shaffer
Solution Design Consultant
Eliot has been trying to help organizations buy better technical solutions for more than 15 years by translating the different languages spoken by their technical and non-technical staff.
As a Solution Design Consultant, Eliot’s motivation is to guide you through the process of cooperatively designing your workspace and making sure everyone’s voice is heard. He will also make sure we meet quarterly to ensure you still love using your workspace.
Salah Faea
Solution Architect
With more than 10 year’s experience as a contractor, integrator and software engineer in the content services and process automation industry, Salah knows the frustration of only being able to get close to your vision. He takes a user centric approach to interface design and implementation because he cares deeply about the people using the solutions he builds. Recent projects include a project and client management workspace and multiple procure to pay workspaces.
Austin Lee
Technical Engineer
Austin started his career in technical support where he learned to listen to what people were saying and understand what they meant in the context of using software when they’re confused and/or frustrated. As he has moved into implementation and development roles, this has become his superpower because he can provide the solution you want instead of the one you ask for. Recent projects include multiple land development and case management workspaces.
